Climber 2 software is ideal for those like to maintain a list and possibly a photographic diary of their days on the hills.

Using Climber 2 you have a one stop shop where you can record, maintain all your statistics and review of all your days on the hills. Enter your route and climber will calculate the distance and altitude & accent of your day’s adventure. For the authors’ amongst you why not compile a written diary of your days exploring the hills and mountains.
Then add your own picture galleries to compile a complete written and pictorial record of all the days spent walking or climbing in the hills and mountains of the UK.

Climber 2 is an ideal tool for any Munro bagger wanting to maintain a detailed record as you work your way through the Scottish Munro’s. Equally for those devotees of the Corbetts or Alfred Wainright fans can also use climber to maintain personal diaries & logs of their climbs and walks in the lakes and dales of northern England, and of course the Welsh mountains of Snowdonia.
  • List groups of hills by type - eg: Munros, Corbetts etc
  • List hills by area - eg. Lakeland, Wales, Overseas etc.
  • List all hills climbed, in order of height or frequency.
  • List hills still to climb in any group or area.
  • View over 2400 photos of, or from, selected hills.
  • View Info about selected hills, including dates climbed.
  • Add your own hills - UK or Overseas.
  • Add your own rock or ice routes to selected hills.

  • Create your own logs for the day,, and record hills climbed.
  • Create your own routemap for this hill-day (see Maps below).
  • Add a diary of the day's events (as big or small as you wish).
  • Add photos relevant to this hill-day (called "Logpics").
  • Record any rock or ice routes done on this day.
  • Produce a colour printout of the log, including photos.
  • See and print lists of all your Logs and ascents.
