Image no. SM22X Ben Starav lies at the head of Glen Etive, in Argyll, on the west of Scotland. The photo was taken in February, as we descended the north ridge, the right hand edge of which was heavily corniced. It was an exhilarating day, concluding with a superb sitting glissade into the north-facing corrie. |
