Image no. SM01 The Blackmount is a high-level moorland area, dotted with small lochs, and which is crossed on the way to Glencoe. This picture was taken in early January, essentially because I liked the way the rock in the foreground echoed the hill behind. The hill, incidentally, is Stob Ghabhar, which means 'peak of the goats', and is 1090m (3576ft) in height. |
