Glen Shiel, in the NW of Scotland, is a beautiful glen, flanked at its western end by the Five Sisters of Kintail to the north, and the Saddle to the south. This picture was taken on our way up to the Five Sisters, looking across the Glen to the Saddle, with the sunlight emphasising all the small corries that have been carved out of this side of the mountain. The Forcan ridge, visible to the left of the summit, is a popular route, involving some moderate scrambling.
