A happy family having an afternoon out on the lake, but it is rather a shame that the lady in the bow has her head turned away. Maybe she is checking a neighbour's house to see if their shikara is away from its mooring, in which case they might all meet on the lake for a bit of gossip. I waited as long as I dared before taking the shot, in the hope that she might turn round. But she didn't.
